Matcha Islatte

Iced Matcha Latte is truly the star of matcha drinks. It is smooth, refreshing and easy to drink.
How to make Iced Matcha Latte:
1. Sift 2g (0.07oz) - 3g (0.11oz) of matcha over the tea bowl.
2. Add 100 mL (3.4 oz) of hot water at about 80°C (176°F) into the tea bowl.
3. Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds, making a "W" shape until it is foamy all over.
4. Add cold milk and ice to a glass, then pour the matcha mixture on top.

Additional tips
* Our matcha is tasty enough to be enjoyed without sugar - natural sweetness in milk gives sweet note for the latte. However, if you want a true café experience, add a bit of flavoured syrup like caramel, vanilla, pumpkin spice.
* Add a tiny pinch of salt - salt has a power to highlight savoury/umami notes.
* Experiment with water-to-milk ratios to find your perfect recipe. Less water/more milk will create a creamier consistency.
