How do I return my order?
Notify us about the return your order by filling out the contact form below. Notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please be aware that Matcha-te is considered a food product and cannot be returned.
Return costs: The shipping costs of the returned products are payed by the customer.
Condition of the products: The products that you have purchased must be returned in the condition they were received. If the product has been opened or used, we do not accept any returns.
When do I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund within 14 days from the day you handed over the return parcel to the carrier. You will receive your refund via the payment method you selected during the payment process.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We are sorry to hear that your item has arrived damaged or defective.
