Our bamboo spoon, a chashaku, is handcrafted from a pure bamboo and is traditionally used for portioning matcha powder. Be sure to give it a quick water rinse after each use.

One bamboo spoon is about 1/2 a teaspoon of matcha - so a normal serving size would be 2-3 bamboo scoops.
